Caterlux Apollo Hotcupboard

Dry heat bain marie hotcupboard. Available in four sizes the Apollo hotcupboard has a plated meal capacity of 30 to 84 depending on the model chosen and is part of the CATERLUX Galaxy Hot Cupboard range.

This hot cupboard has dry heat bain marie, sliding doors and is fitted with 2 shelves, one at the base and one in the middle.

British made with stainless steel, insulated doors and side panels to prevent heat loss. Doors fitted with robust chromed handles and are easily removable for cleaning. Removable wire shelves, fitted with 13amp plug and 2m cable. Heat controlled by thermostat graduated in degrees centigrade, lower element protected against spilt food.
