Made of clear, break-resistant polycarbonate. This Measuring jug features a Temperature Range: -40 F to 212 F For use with hot or cold foods and is designed to withstand commercial kitchen usage.

The Durable measurement markings come in Red for Cup Increments and Blue for Metric Markings. The markings withstands commercial dishwashers and support needed accuracy for all recipe measurements. The measuring cup is Certified to NSF Standard 2.
