Food cooling unit with GN 1/1 size food pan, this unit is cooled by 4 cooling packs housed under the food pan. Features a rotating lid for easy access from both sides and is ideal for use in cafes, buffets and homes.
Simply store the cool packs in your freezer until required. When placed in the base of the unit these keep foods such as salads, cheese or cooked meats cool for hours.
