Parry Electric 2 Hob Unit (P2H)
This unit features an indented top to collect any spillages, and also boasts thermally protected sealed hotplates with 6 position heat control (3 simmer and 3 boiling positions). The heat is automatically reduced when pans are removed for safety and energy efficiency.
This hob unit is part of the paragon range of medium duty equipment and is well suited to kitchens with a relatively busy throughput. Units in this range can be used independently or suited to present a more uniform kitchen.
