Professional LPG Spit Roast Machine

Stainless steel complete hog roast machine perfect for beer gardens, restaurant terraces and even home use. Cooks meat and when ready the doors are removed, the meat is raised and the chef is able to carve from behind the machine, giving the customers/guests full view of the roast, unlike other machines on the market where carving is done from the front. Suitable for cooking a pig, a lamb, four sirloins of beef or up to 20 chickens (with chicken spit attachment) at any one time. Maintains temperature over extended periods of time. While on spit, the meat will slowly cool down over a period of about an hour.
