?GenWare Stainless Steel Chafing Dishes are available in a variety of designs and sizes. These brilliant buffet warmers are a great way of heating food over long periods of time.

• Compatible with traditional chafing fuel and electric induction plates
• The induction plates fit underneath the chafing dish frame
• The frames are sold separately and comes complete with fuel holders and induction plate holders
• The chafing dishes feature a removable glass lid for easy cleaning and storage
• The hydraulic motion lid opens smoothly and can stay open at 60 degrees
• The chafing dishes also feature a water return system which means condensation returns to the water pan instead of the food pan
• Chafing dishes comes complete with a 65mm deep food pan and an attachable side dish for storing buffet utensils

Delivery

Minimum order total is now €150.00.

All orders over €200 Ex VAT are free from delivery charges. Delivery is €15 Ex VAT for orders under €200 Ex VAT.  We offer a 10 working day delivery on stock items. Any items that are not standard stock items may take up to 28 days to arrive. An estimated delivery date will be displayed at the checkout and is dependent on the items ordered. In some rare circumstances, there may be an increased delay but we endeavor to inform you as soon as possible on the product page or by email. If you have a query regarding stock, please call before placing your order.

We are currently not dispatching to Europe and Worldwide, due to Customs regulations.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled anytime until the order has been dispatched. You can cancel your order by contacting us through email or phone.

Returns

At BuyCatering we want you to be happy with your new purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, under Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 days to return the items in a saleable and unused state. Contact our returns department on 1800 930 222 who will then authorise a return where goods will be inspected. We will then offer a refund or alternative item. Returns notified after 14 days will not be accepted unless under extreme circumstance and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for the return carriage costs unless the product is faulty.
