?The design of the Platine collection was a joint effort by a team of wine experts. The elegant bowl shape was designed to allow the wine to breathe, to bring out its aroma and bouquet. The Platine collection is a perfect choice for use in fine dining areas and wine bars, and for service by the bottle or by the glass. This range is suitable for intensive and professional use, banqueting and large scale catering projects.

• Durable and consistent level of quality manufactured glass with excellent clarity
• Rim to foot tempered - fully tempered glasses are resistant to mechanical shocks, extending the life of the product by five times, compared with non tempered glass ranges.
• Heat resistant - thermal shock tested and resistant to 135C and can withstand changes in temperature from hot to cold.
• Safety - should a glass break due to an excessive blow, a tempered glass will break into small pieces, making it safer to use within the hospitality industry than a non tempered glass.
• Dishwasher safe - strong and durable, shock tested and capable of industrial dishwasher cycles, while maintaining clarity
• Sheer rim - sheer rim glasses feature a fine and beadless edge which has been produced to give optimal contact with the mouth enabling wine to be directed to specific tasting areas.
• Seamless flame polished stem - no seam between the bowl and stem, ensuring a more enjoyable drinking experience and an aesthetically pleasing glass.
  

Delivery

Minimum order total is now €150.00.

All orders over €200 Ex VAT are free from delivery charges. Delivery is €15 Ex VAT for orders under €200 Ex VAT.  We offer a 10 working day delivery on stock items. Any items that are not standard stock items may take up to 28 days to arrive. An estimated delivery date will be displayed at the checkout and is dependent on the items ordered. In some rare circumstances, there may be an increased delay but we endeavor to inform you as soon as possible on the product page or by email. If you have a query regarding stock, please call before placing your order.

We are currently not dispatching to Europe and Worldwide, due to Customs regulations.

PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A UK BASED COMPANY AND THERE ARE NEW REGULATIONS WITH CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR CUSTOMERS ACCEPTING DELIVERIES.

TO COMPENSATE THESE CHARGES WE WILL NOT CHARGE VAT ON ORDERS, AS THEY ARE NOW CLASSED AS AN EXPORT. 

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled anytime until the order has been dispatched. You can cancel your order by contacting us through email or phone.

Returns

At BuyCatering we want you to be happy with your new purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, under Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 days to return the items in a saleable and unused state. Contact our returns department on 1800 930 222 who will then authorise a return where goods will be inspected. We will then offer a refund or alternative item. Returns notified after 14 days will not be accepted unless under extreme circumstance and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for the return carriage costs unless the product is faulty.
