All orders over €200 Ex VAT are free from delivery charges. Delivery is €15 Ex VAT for orders under €200 Ex VAT. We offer a 10 working day delivery on stock items. Any items that are not standard stock items may take up to 28 days to arrive. An estimated delivery date will be displayed at the checkout and is dependent on the items ordered. At BuyCatering we want you to be happy with your new purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, under Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 days to return the items in a saleable and unused state. Contact our returns department on 1800 930 222 who will then authorise a return where goods will be inspected. We will then offer a refund or alternative item. Returns notified after 14 days will not be accepted unless under extreme circumstance and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for the return carriage costs unless the product is faulty.
