?GenWare trays offer a comprehensive range of styles to suit all establishments, uses and budgets. Fast food trays, made from polypropylene offer a bright, value option with a skid resistant surface. Wood laminate trays give a great blend of rigidity and lightness. Grip trays come in either an economy polypropylene version, with excellent non-slip surface for secure glass and plate transportation, even when wet, or the stronger fibreglass grip trays, which have the added advantage of being dishwasher safe. Luna Black Trays reflect a modern, stylish design whilst maintaining properties typical of traditional foodservice trays and are perfect for use across a variety of establishments. Acacia wood Butler Trays will add sophistication to your serve ware, combining functionality with style.
Delivery
Minimum order total is now €150.00.
All orders over €200 Ex VAT are free from delivery charges. Delivery is €15 Ex VAT for orders under €200 Ex VAT. We offer a 10 working day delivery on stock items. Any items that are not standard stock items may take up to 28 days to arrive. An estimated delivery date will be displayed at the checkout and is dependent on the items ordered. In some rare circumstances, there may be an increased delay but we endeavor to inform you as soon as possible on the product page or by email. If you have a query regarding stock, please call before placing your order.
We are currently not dispatching to Europe and Worldwide, due to Customs regulations.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A UK BASED COMPANY AND THERE ARE NEW REGULATIONS WITH CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR CUSTOMERS ACCEPTING DELIVERIES.
TO COMPENSATE THESE CHARGES WE WILL NOT CHARGE VAT ON ORDERS, AS THEY ARE NOW CLASSED AS AN EXPORT.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime until the order has been dispatched. You can cancel your order by contacting us through email or phone.
Returns
At BuyCatering we want you to be happy with your new purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, under Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 days to return the items in a saleable and unused state. Contact our returns department on 1800 930 222 who will then authorise a return where goods will be inspected. We will then offer a refund or alternative item. Returns notified after 14 days will not be accepted unless under extreme circumstance and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for the return carriage costs unless the product is faulty.
