Wooden Crates are one of the latest presentation items in pubs and restaurants. They can be used as a riser, display box or a table caddy for sauces and cutlery.
?Within Buffet and Display you will find a variety of products perfectly suited for a wide range of buffet requirements including both hot and cold buffet service. We offer a contemporary yet functional range of white and black platters designed in gastronorm sizes to fit standard sized counters and displays. We also have a selection of reversible polished granite/slate stone effect platters for interchangeable variety. Our versatile buffet bowls, now also available in black, are strong, lightweight and dishwasher safe and are available in a range of shapes and sizes to suit any setting. Buffet Risers, Rustic Wooden Crates, Display Baskets, Chaffing Dishes and Buffet Dispensers are just some of the other items that complete this section.
Delivery
Minimum order total is now €150.00.
All orders over €200 Ex VAT are free from delivery charges. Delivery is €15 Ex VAT for orders under €200 Ex VAT. We offer a 10 working day delivery on stock items. Any items that are not standard stock items may take up to 28 days to arrive. An estimated delivery date will be displayed at the checkout and is dependent on the items ordered. In some rare circumstances, there may be an increased delay but we endeavor to inform you as soon as possible on the product page or by email. If you have a query regarding stock, please call before placing your order.
We are currently not dispatching to Europe and Worldwide, due to Customs regulations.
PLEASE NOTE WE ARE A UK BASED COMPANY AND THERE ARE NEW REGULATIONS WITH CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR CUSTOMERS ACCEPTING DELIVERIES.
TO COMPENSATE THESE CHARGES WE WILL NOT CHARGE VAT ON ORDERS, AS THEY ARE NOW CLASSED AS AN EXPORT.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled anytime until the order has been dispatched. You can cancel your order by contacting us through email or phone.
Returns
At BuyCatering we want you to be happy with your new purchase, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, under Distance Selling Regulations you have 14 days to return the items in a saleable and unused state. Contact our returns department on 1800 930 222 who will then authorise a return where goods will be inspected. We will then offer a refund or alternative item. Returns notified after 14 days will not be accepted unless under extreme circumstance and will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for the return carriage costs unless the product is faulty.
